ADULT BALLET

The emphasis is placed on barre exercises with simple steps in the centre to follow. All abilities are catered for and everyone is welcome.If you danced as a child and wish to return, itís like riding a bike! If you never tried before what are you waiting for...itís never too late!

 

 
 
       

ADULT TAP

The class consists of simple warm ups and then exercises to work on individual steps, which are then joined together into short sequences.

We progress to working on dance routines with many styles of music used, medal exams are available to anyone who would like to do so but not compulsory! The main aim is to keep fit and enjoy yourself with likeminded friends....come and give it a try!

 
 
         

ADULT FITNESS

We work on many aspects of the body starting with warm up exercises, going into stretching and loosening with some more aerobic moves.

Floor exercises then work on strengthening muscle groups, to tone and tighten; we then finish with a cool down of relaxation and stretching out.
